Our Mag610, Mag611 and Mag614 probes are designed specifically for MWD applications. They are able to withstand high levels of shock and vibration, and to operate at temperatures of 175 degrees C (Mag611: 215 degrees C). The miniature probes come in a range of sizes, all designed to be inserted by customers into a chassis for their own particular high temperature application.
Our low noise Mag-13 and Mag-03 three-axis fluxgate sensors have been commonly used for TDEM (time domain electromagnetics) and magnetotellurics, for mineral exploration or research. Unpackaged and cylindrical versions of the sensors can also be used in borehole EM measurements. The wide bandwidth Mag639 sensor has been designed with an increased response to highly conductive and shallow targets.
